Built out a board-level repair workflow for SMD/BGA rework — selected a stereo microscope by comparing working distance and magnification tradeoffs, and established a diagnostic process for component-level fault isolation.

Evaluated and architected infrastructure for a server-hosting offering — comparing business-grade vs. residential ISP tiers, sizing bandwidth and uptime requirements, and mapping monetization paths across game server hosting and managed hosting resale.

Diagnosed and resolved network performance issues across peering routes and DNS resolution, and evaluated Starlink and 5G hotspot hardware as primary/backup links for a low-infrastructure, mountainous deployment site.
